Based exclusively on the foundation of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam’s ideas, Kalam Leadership Certification Program (KLCP) is India’s first certification program that enriches leadership experience through its unique curriculum and fieldwork components. With our motto of “Knowledge Is Power”, we have been creating change leaders across the country to drive positive transformation at all levels through the reformation of the system. Dr. Kalam wanted to be remembered as a teacher, and the program takes his dream forward by including an empowering series of actual lectures delivered by him at various national and international fora.

The curriculum of the program also includes live as well as recorded sessions by eminent personalities from various sectors and academicians from across the globe, who impart their wisdom and knowledge to selected participants. Post completion of online training, participants undertake on-ground activities that embody missions such as improving access to education, opening libraries, organizing blood donation camps, undertaking tree plantation drives and spreading awareness on the importance of education, water conservation, climate change, environment conservation, gender sensitization.
